            Back by popular demand, the 3rd Annual Great Firefighters’ Ball is set for an evening of fantastic entertainment! Last year’s ball was a huge success and this year will be no exception.  The affair will begin with cocktails and an extraordinary silent auction.  As you continue well into the evening, enjoy the fine dining, camaraderie, and conclude the festivities by dancing the night away!  The setting for this year’s Great Firefighters’ Ball will be at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel located at 999 North Second Street in historic Laclede’s Landing just north of the Gateway Arch.
            The silent auction, hors d’oeuvres and open-bar cocktail party shall begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, in the main Ball Room of the Four Seasons Hotel. The silent auction will conclude at 10 p.m.  The Great Firefighters’ Ball shall commence promptly at 7:00 p.m. with dinner being served immediately in the main ballroom.  The band Groove Thang will provide the music throughout the night.  The silent auction, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, open bar and dance are all-inclusive with your purchase of the Great Firefighters’ Ball ticket for ONLY $60.00.  Open to the general public, this event is a great way to spend the evening with a loved one, meet new people and catch up with old friends.  So get dressed up and join us for a wonderful evening of fellowship, dining, and dancing! 
            Last year’s 400 tickets sold out fast.  This year 450 tickets are available and you can bet that they too will sell out quickly so don’t delay.  Proceeds from this event go to support Backstoppers Inc. (http://www.backstoppers.org/). Last year’s event raised over $3,000 and we hope to double that amount this year.  Tickets can be purchased at any of the following locations:
